• Minimum order of $25.00 for ship out orders.
• Orders under $50.00 - no discount on retail prices
• Orders $50.00 to $100.00 discount is 25% off retail prices
• Order over $100.00 discount is 40% off retail prices
• Order over $200.00 discount is 50% off retail prices.
• Items that are cost, with no discount, are final sale. Items include but are not limited to: Books, Magazines, Austrian (Swarovski) Crystal Items, Czech Crystal, Kraft Paper Bags & boxes, Sale Items, Charms, Bali Silver, Beads/Pearls sold by the strand, cut or counted items, Mystic Maid products are priced wholesale, no further discount is applied.

Guilds and their  members are able to receive the maximum discount of 50% off Retail Priced Items without the $200.00 minimum order per person by combining their orders while still ordering separately.

How do we notify you when we will be placing a guild order?

Please contact us by phone (248-544-1950) or email (munrocrafts@gmail.com) to let us know how many members will be ordering, if they will be paying separately, or if the Guild will be making the payment as well as if the orders will be shipped together or separately.

How do I let you know that I am a Guild Member?

Put the Guild name in the "Company Name" field at check out

My guild discount is not being applied in my shopping cart. How do I get my discount?

We will adjust your final payment on our end to account for your applicable discounts.

What if we want to place our orders individually but ship them all together to save on shipping costs?

In the ship to fields put the address that the package will be shipped to. We will bag the individual orders and box them together.

What if we want to place our orders individually, but pay for them  all together with one payment through the guild?

Choose Invoice/PayPal as your form of payment at checkout. In the order comments box let us know which of the members  will be responsible for payment.
